EDUCATOR | FACILITATOR | COACH

I'm in a season of soft living...
re-envisioning my work in the world,
embodying wholeness,
and healingthrough self-expression.

One thing I've learned the hard way is that what we resist, persists.

After trying to keep myself afloat and hold it all together, I've decided to finally let the waves overtake me.  I mean, why try to fight an unraveling that's already in progress? That's like chasing the wind...

By giving myself full permission to fall apart — into a million pieces, with no clear plan or timeline to make sense of it all and put things back together by — I've discovered a newfound lightness to life...an ease, wonder, peace, and joy in surrender.

Be simply being in it all and embracing the process, I've become an observer of my inner landscape, bearing witness to all facets of myself, including many parts I had long ago forgotten or neglected.

Now I'm learning to restore and reclaim by sourcing my own needs, naming what feels unnameable, and nurturing these various pieces of myself back to wholeness (in their own time, way, shape, and place).

Though this journey is ever unfolding I'm beginning to understand the freedom in letting go and the beauty in the breakdown.

So here is where you'll find me today — no longer fighting what is, but rather leaning in to fully embrace a greater depth of healing, connection, and communion with God, Self, Other, and the World.

In this season, I’m moving at the speed of trust and my nervous system, while cultivating spaces that nurture our collective dreams of justice and community care.

I hope you'll join me  🫶🏾
